About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals providing remote on-demand support for legal projects. They are seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Immigration Attorney in the Seattle-area to conduct in-person Master Calendar Hearings. Attorneys will be provided with a weekly Hearing Calendar to select hearings that fit their schedule.
Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice Immigration law in The United States.
- Must be able to attend in-person hearings in Seattle, Washington State area.
- Understand local rules and court system.
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Immigration law.
- Spanish fluency.
Responsibilities
- Attend in-person Master Calendar Hearings in the Seattle, Washington State area.
- Select hearings from a weekly shared calendar that align with their schedule.
Benefits
- Flat fee of $600 per weekly hearing calendar.
