The Immigrant Youth Program Coordinator or Success Coach will coordinate the services provided to immigrant children and their families to ensure they have access to basic needs, education, community resources, and other services crucial to their well-being and stability. The Program Coordinator will function as the primary case manager for the family and coordinate services with other IRC partners and subgrantees, as well as help expand the network of service providers to strengthen services and improve the family’s success. Additionally, the Program Coordinator is responsible for attending local events and cultivating community partnerships and other community resources. The Program Coordinator will provide technical assistance and leadership to a team of interns and volunteers and will help with the selection of candidates during each cohort recruitment period. This position will report to the Immigrant Youth Program Supervisor. Travel within Miami-Dade County.
