About The Position

The Imaging Technology Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing imaging equipment, including performing preventive maintenance and developing site-specific procedures to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory and manufacturer standards.

Requirements

Two years of vocational or college training in Clinical Electronics Technology, or four years’ recent experience in electronics
2+ years of imaging service experience (X-ray portables, C-Arms, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, etc.)
Minimum two years’ experience of relevant experience in fields such as: Hospital or clinical setting, Clinical manufacturer or Service provider, Military training on clinical equipment or electronics

Responsibilities

Adjusts, calibrates, performs operational verification, tests electrical safety, and other tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety of complex medical equipment.
Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and clinical groups internally and externally.
Work with IS&T department staff to facilitate better communication between departments
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network/system issues as applicable to clinical & imaging devices
Adhere to IS&T security standards and regulations to uphold the integrity of the organization.
Solid knowledge of how to design and execute high-touch customer programs leading to successful customer engagements
