IMAGING TECHNOLOGIST - CAT SCAN
About The Position
Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital is seeking an Imaging Technologist to perform CT and X-ray scans. The role performs quality diagnostic CT scans under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures. The CT Technologist is expected to have an above-average knowledge of CT equipment. Radiographers interested in learning CT may be trained. The position supports patient/customer satisfaction, clinical quality benchmarks, and operational financial targets, and helps maintain an environment consistent with Aspirus's philosophy and values. It is full time or .9 FTE (72 hours every two weeks), working 10–12-hour night shifts on a 7-shifts-on/7-shifts-off schedule, including every other weekend and a holiday rotation. The position is eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Graduation from an approved radiography school, an associate degree in radiography, or sufficient on-the-job training to meet ARRT certification and Wisconsin Radiographer licensure requirements.
- ARRT (R) certification.
- Current Wisconsin Licensed Radiographer license.
- Current BLS certification or obtain it within 90 days of hire.
