About The Position

University of Washington Medical Center – Montlake – Radiology has an outstanding opportunity for a RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST - CT. WORK SCHEDULE 4x10s Tuesday-Friday 2000-0600. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Under the direction of a radiologist, the CT Technologist performs COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY examinations accurately, independently, and efficiently. Imaging findings are integrated with all clinical data to generate comprehensive and actionable patient assessments.

Requirements

Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist
Satisfactory completion of formal technology training in an AMA approved school, registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.

Responsibilities

Prepares patient and independently performs CT exams & procedures
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment
Coordinates and optimizes customer service and workflow
Set up and clean exam rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready
Assist with training and mentoring new personnel and students
