About The Position
Performs a variety of imaging procedures under the clinical direction of a Radiologist, Cardiologist or Surgeon.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic technology program or Computed Tomography/Magnetic Resonance technology program or Nuclear Medicine technology program or Sonography technology program.
- Current ARRT, or ARDMS, or CMNT registration.
- BCLS certification.
- If the BCLS certification is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA certification is required within one month of employment date.
- No previous experience required.
- Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in all aspects of the position within three months of employment date.
- Radiologic technologist competent and performing 2 modalities X-ray or Mammography or Lithotripsy or CT.
- Nuclear Medicine technologist with 1 registry.
- CVL or US technologist with 1 or 2 registries.
- CT or MR technologist only competent and performing 1 modality
