The Imaging Specialist is primarily responsible for performing the document preparation and scanning tasks of important client documents. This role involves sorting, preparing, and scanning hard copy records into electronic images, ensuring quality and accuracy. The specialist will also be responsible for quality checks, data entry, re-assembling documents, and preparing products for delivery. Additionally, they will maintain scanning hardware and software, assist in training new specialists, and perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Secondary functions include advising management on issues, participating in safety drills, understanding the Company Disaster Recovery Plan, reporting accidents, and traveling between facilities when necessary. Other responsibilities include complying with all company policies and procedures and performing other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
