About The Position

Perform daily sorting, indexing, scanning, and document destruction to meet assigned metrics. In addition, monitor and maintain imaging equipment in a quality and timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year imaging experience
• Scanning background required (Imaging or Post Scripting)
• Computer knowledge
• Excellent documentation and evaluation skills
• Ability to review a document quickly and thoroughly
• Able to pick out pertinent data in a document without much information to go on
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
• Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential materials
• Attention to detail
• Must work well in a team environment
• Professional attire required
• Good problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to work standing up all or most of the time

Responsibilities

• Perform scanning/imaging tasks with little or no supervision
• Utilize appropriate logs for all scanning/imaging work
• Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order
• Observe jobs for completeness and accuracy on the monitor
• Communicate with the internal client on issues
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems
• Load copiers with paper and toner
• Assist in training new hires
• Prioritize workflow
• Performs quality check on the work of others
• Place service calls when needed
• Answer telephone in the center
• Perform other duties assigned
