About The Position

Oklahoma Surgical Hospital (OSH) is seeking a full-time Imaging Scheduler to join their team. This position is responsible for accurately scheduling tests and procedures according to departmental and procedural guidelines, as well as provider preferences. The scheduler will collaborate with the clinical healthcare team to ensure efficient coordination of patients and clinical resources, promoting a high-quality service. Additionally, the scheduler will interview patients, complete the admission process, obtain necessary information, ensure record accuracy, and inform patients of relevant hospital policies and practices. This role is considered safety-sensitive under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous healthcare experience required.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and work prioritization skills.
Basic knowledge of medical office terminology.
Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills.

Nice To Haves

Scheduler experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
