About The Position

TRIMEDX is seeking an entry-level Imaging Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on keeping critical imaging devices operational, ensuring patient care is not interrupted. The engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, calibrating, and validating imaging systems, as well as performing inspections, maintenance, and operational verification. Collaboration with physicists and other teams to meet regulatory standards and providing technical insight to vendors, support teams, and clinicians are also key aspects of the position. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent military training (required)
  • Solid computer skills, networking basics, and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ months hands-on imaging equipment service experience (preferred)

  • Restore uptime fast—diagnose, repair, calibrate, and validate imaging systems from X-ray to ultrasound.
  • Own performance—drive inspections, maintenance, and operational verification that clinicians rely on.
  • Protect safety—partner with physicists and teams to meet strict regulatory standards.
  • Be the expert—guide vendors, support teams, and clinicians with clear, trusted technical insight.
