Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience performing end-to-end imaging tasks with a strong understanding of quality measurement techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project workflows, schedule personnel, and lead a team of 6–10 imaging specialists to meet timelines.
  • Strong working knowledge of imaging hardware and related technology to effectively resolve production issues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production workflow through job setup, staging, and scheduling to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct final quality checks, execute post-production corrections, and ensure strict adherence to Digital Solutions Imaging Center Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Train, support, and direct team members to maintain high standards of imaging accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scanner or batch class issues, escalating complex technical problems to the Information Technology (IT) team when necessary.
