Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Secret Security Clearance
Nice To Haves
- Comp TIA Sec+ Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
Responsibilities
- Performing all necessary assembly, testing, workstation/server imaging, and configuration of IT equipment prior to shipment to anywhere within the global customer IT enterprise environment.
- Assisting in the management of all packaging and shipping processes for IT equipment, including shipments to remote and challenging overseas locations, adhering to customer standards.
