Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Graduate of an accredited paramedic program OR completion of an accredited LPN program OR 2nd year Rad Tech program
- Prior experience as a paramedic or LPN is required
- Recent experience in cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation is required
- EMT Certification required or LPN License or 2nd year Rad Tech
- BLS certified
Responsibilities
- Managing patient flow
- Conducting patient screening
- Assisting patients during procedures
- Maintaining supplies
- Supporting technologists as needed
- Remote cardiac monitoring for patients undergoing MRI when they are off nursing units
