Requirements

High school diploma/GED and a graduate of an accredited paramedic program is required
High school diploma or GED plus completion of an accredited LPN program is required.
High school diploma or GED is required for 2nd Year Rad Tech
Prior experience as a paramedic or LPN is required
Recent experience in cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation is required.
EMT Certification required or LPN License or 2nd year Rad Tech
BLS certified.

Responsibilities

Provides advanced technical, clinical and clerical support within the Imaging department.
Managing patient flow.
Conducting patient screening.
Assisting patients during procedures.
Maintaining supplies.
Supporting technologists as needed.
Remote cardiac monitoring for patients undergoing MRI when they are off nursing units.
