  • Data Synchronization: Regularly reconciling data between Maximo (internal asset management) and DRMIS (the DND system of record).
  • External Liaison: Interfacing with the Canadian Government Cataloguing System (CGCM/CGCS) to resolve discrepancies in cataloguing data or to request new NSN assignments.
  • System Maintenance: Executing high-accuracy data entry and maintenance within Maximo to support maintenance and supply activities.
  • Advanced Auditing: Using Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables) to perform mass data cleanses and identify trends in part failure or vendor shifts.
  • Dashboarding: Developing or maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide LCMMs and Supply Support leads with real-time visibility into the status of part changes and obsolescence risks.
  • Database Management: Utilizing Microsoft Access to manage complex datasets that exceed standard spreadsheet capabilities, ensuring data remains structured and searchable.
  • Proactive Identification: Identifying when parts are nearing end-of-life and working with the Obsolescence department to find and catalogue suitable alternatives.
