As an Independent Living Skills (ILS) Instructor, you will work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities to help them develop the skills necessary to live independently. You will provide individualized training in areas such as personal care, home management, and social skills. Your role is to empower clients to lead fulfilling and independent lives, contributing to their personal growth and overall well-being.
