About The Position

Turing is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Illustrator, Sketcher, or Cartoonist with strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to work across a wide range of artistic styles. The opportunity is open to interns, freshers, emerging artists, and experienced professionals. The role involves creating high-quality visual content, adapting to creative direction, and accurately reproducing diverse illustration styles. Candidates should have a detailed portfolio demonstrating artistic versatility, strong visual fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to incorporate feedback. Artists will create illustrations from briefs and references, develop variations while maintaining visual consistency, and render characters, environments, objects, and complete scenes. They will document prompts and creative decisions when required, collaborate with team members, make revisions, and manage tasks to meet quality and timeline expectations. Requirements

No minimum professional experience is required; interns, freshers, emerging artists, and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Background or demonstrated skills as an Illustrator, Sketch Artist, Cartoonist, Digital Artist, Concept Artist, or in a similar creative role.
A detailed portfolio demonstrating artistic ability and versatility across different styles.
Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, perspective, and visual balance.
Ability to illustrate and render characters, scenes, objects, and/or environments.
Ability to understand references and accurately adapt or replicate different artistic styles.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and complete assignments within expected timelines.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality, stylized illustrations based on briefs, references, and creative requirements.
Adapt to and accurately replicate a variety of illustration, sketching, and artistic styles.
Produce multiple artwork variations while maintaining consistency in composition, characters, and visual elements.
Apply fundamentals of composition, color, lighting, texture, perspective, and visual storytelling.
Create and render characters, environments, objects, and complete scenes as required.
Ensure final artwork is polished, visually consistent, production-ready, and aligned with project requirements.
Document prompts, creative decisions, style choices, and relevant metadata when required.
Collaborate with team members, incorporate feedback, and make revisions efficiently.
Manage assigned tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
