You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards. Support the implementation of IL6S roll out at site, partnering with stake holders to fulfill capability needs and doing maturity assessments on all standard work processes. Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate top losses, improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale (SQDCM) across the site. Serve as a site Autonomous Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME), owning AM standards, deployment, and capability development in partnership with Manufacturing and Maintenance Apply Focused Improvement (FI) tools to identify, quantify, and prioritize losses, enabling teams and Process Engineers to execute effective loss elimination and deliver measurable results. Coach core team, technicians, and leaders on problem solving, AM practices, and standard work to build self-sufficiency at the line level. Partner with cross-functional teams to enable equipment reliability improvements and AM ownership, ensuring loss elimination efforts are aligned to standards and sustained over time. Ownership of the Waste and/or Cost Work Process including floor level loss intelligence, glidepath development, and system governance to enable prioritized loss elimination and sustained improvement.
