The IIC Provider Engagement Director is a strategic, full-time hybrid role responsible for two critical functions: maintaining high-quality Intensive In-Community (IIC) clinical services within a personal caseload and actively leading the expansion of the agency's clinical network through the recruitment, screening, and engagement of Clinician and Behavioral Assistants (BAs) throughout New Jersey. CoxPHIT provides a unique approach to in-home and community programs for Psychological Healing through Intensive Treatment. CoxPHIT utilizes exercise to promote healthier bodies, minds, and spirits, improving physical, cognitive, and communication abilities. The company values safety, courage, ethics, cultural competency, and open-mindedness while promoting positive behaviors, leadership skills, confidence, and goal setting.
