About The Position

Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking Clinicians to join their growing team in Massachusetts. NFS is looking for talented and enthusiastic therapists to enhance the mental wellness of people within the community. NFS values experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families experiencing difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed Master's level clinician as supervision for Independent Licensure will be provided. Independent licensed clinicians will have opportunities to expand their skillsets. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication. Bilingual and PRIDE opportunities are available. The company offers a summer schedule with "Summer Fun Fridays" where they close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
