About The Position

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an IFSP Clinical Supervisor (LISW, LPCC) to join our Intensive Family Support Program. The IFSP Clinical Supervisor (LISW, LPCC) is responsible for the clinical and programmatic supervision of clinicians, ensuring family-centered, quality services, positive treatment outcomes, and satisfactory business results. This position will collaborate with and support other supervisors. The IFSP Clinical Supervisor will actively participate in program development, understand the rationale for changes in expectations, and represent agency management to subordinates. The Buckeye Ranch has a long history of restoring hope and providing healing for children, youth, and families in Central Ohio, offering a continuum of care for those experiencing challenges due to mental illness, abuse, or neglect. This role will oversee IFSP supervision in the Southwest region (Springfield, Dayton, and Cincinnati) and will require travel to these areas.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active Ohio LISW, LPCC, or IMFT.
• Four + years of clinician, therapist, counselor, or social worker experience.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Supervisor designation is strongly recommended within 90 days of start date.
