NGS is seeking a skilled IFS Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support our enterprise-wide IFS ERP implementation. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that IFS solutions are aligned with operational goals.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience with IFS ERP systems, IFS Cloud (Preferred)
Strong understanding of multiple IFS modules and business processes.
Experience with report development, PowerBI and data analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
The ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines

Nice To Haves

IFS certifications or training (a plus).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, analyze, and document business requirements to deliver IFS customizations and integrations.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration mapping documents.
Configure and test IFS modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales.
Develop lobbies, custom reports, and dashboards using IFS reporting tools.
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing operational support.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend IFS-driven solutions.
Coordinate design reviews, development sprints, testing cycles (unit/SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot issues across IFS configuration, custom code, APIs, and middleware, and manage defects through resolution.
Ensure integrations meet security, audit, data governance, and performance standards, and maintain required technical documentation.
