The IFP Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) program. This position serves as the primary point of contact for referrals, case coordination, documentation oversight, and operational support to ensure efficient service delivery. The Program Coordinator collaborates closely with the Clinical Director and program staff to maintain program compliance, support staff in navigating day-to-day needs, and facilitate communication with referral sources and community partners. This position does not provide clinical supervision but plays a vital role in supporting staff and ensuring the program operates effectively.
