Identity Solutions Manager

TKOStamford, CT
$120,000 - $160,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Identity Solutions Manager is TKO's business-facing leader for Identity and Access Management. This is the person who makes modern identity real and relevant across UFC, WWE, IMG, PBR, OLE, and the broader portfolio. They translate complex IAM concepts into outcomes that non-technical stakeholders can appreciate, support, and act on, and they build the internal credibility that turns business teams from passive recipients of identity changes into active advocates for them. As the primary advocate for modern identity at TKO, they will serve as the connective tissue across three layers simultaneously: Capturing, prioritizing, and maintaining business requirements in a structured engineering backlog; Partnering with Identity Architects to shape and communicate our IAM/Okta roadmap; Ensuring operational readiness with Helpdesk frontline support so they are always informed and ready for what comes next. The Identity Solutions Manager will be the spearhead of TKO’s IAM strategy, coordinating multiple Identity Automation and Lifecycle Programs, balancing competing demands, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring engineering investment is focused on TKO’s highest-value strategic initiatives.
