About The Position

ECS is seeking an Identity Services Technician [AUDS-U: EntraID] - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard's enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations. Task 4 — Enterprise Operations Support — provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP
  • Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Extensive experience in Active Directory administration and Group Policy management
  • Proven expertise in DoD identity governance and access control mechanisms
  • Familiarity with federal security standards, including RMF and NIST frameworks
  • Strong background in user account provisioning and deprovisioning processes

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Active Directory and Entra ID environments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Execute account provisioning and deprovisioning processes in alignment with DoD identity governance protocols.
  • Manage and enforce group policies to support secure and efficient network operations.
  • Support identity synchronization and federation services, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Validate access authorization documentation and implement role-based access controls.
  • Maintain comprehensive audit logs and conduct regular entitlement reviews to ensure security compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve authentication issues promptly to maintain operational integrity.
  • Ensure all identity operations adhere to NIPRNet/SIPRNet access policies and enterprise configuration management standards.
