IAM - Identity and Access Management Sr Engineer
About The Position
The Identity and Access Management Senior Principal Engineer will deliver IAM solutions and strategic insight to optimize a customer’s enterprise environment. The role manages, maintains, monitors, troubleshoots, and updates IAM systems, using automation and orchestration to streamline maintenance and monitoring. It investigates and responds proactively to IAM-related security incidents, supports IAM systems across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments, and evaluates and recommends IAM technologies and solutions. The position is onsite in Washington, DC, and requires the ability and willingness to obtain a Top Secret/SCI-eligible clearance.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of related experience in identity and access management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field; experience may substitute for education.
- Extensive knowledge of IAM technologies.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and standards.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able and willing to obtain a Top Secret and SCI-eligible clearance.
- Must meet DoD 8140 IAT II compliance requirements.
- Onsite work required.

- Relevant certifications, such as Azure/AWS Administrator, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, or MCSE.
