Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
About The Position
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer assists with the daily administration and operation of the customer’s IAM solutions. The role manages user accounts, troubleshoots access issues, and helps enforce access control policies. Working under the supervision of senior engineers, the engineer supports technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO). Interclypse supports Maryland state agencies in modernizing and sustaining critical systems. This position contributes to the long-term health and success of the state and offers opportunities to learn and grow within Interclypse’s growth-mindset culture. The position is required to be on-site at various locations in Maryland.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- At least three years of experience in IT systems administration.
- At least one year of experience working with identity management systems such as Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of authentication protocols.
