The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst reports to the Director of IAM Strategy and Architecture within Secure Identity Services (SIS). This role is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and feature requests for IAM implementations, working with test engineers and developers to define behavior-driven development feature files, and ensuring SIS services align with business needs and security/policy controls. The IAM Business Analyst will be crucial in implementing and supporting access control systems, providing escalated support and subject matter expertise to the Identity Management Customer Support team and other customers, and maintaining service, process, and product documentation.
