About The Position

The Identity and Access Management Specialist implements and administers SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and its dependent systems and applications. The role develops processes for onboarding applications, creates workflows for user lifecycle management, and builds reporting mechanisms for identity and access management processes. As part of a team, the specialist manages application access roles and permissions, with an emphasis on automation through SailPoint integration. The candidate must reside in Pennsylvania or Ohio to be eligible for telecommuting.

The role also provides guidance and knowledge transfer to Information Security team members and participates in an on-call rotation for Information Security services, with minimal calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience administering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• At least 5 years of IT experience working in a large, complex environment.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, PCI, CIS, and ISO.
• Experience coding and implementing out-of-the-box and custom SailPoint connectors.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania or Ohio to be eligible for telecommuting.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field.
• SailPoint certifications preferred; other Information Security and IT-related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solution.
• Develop procedures and processes for onboarding new and existing applications into the SailPoint Identity Cloud solution.
• Develop and manage out-of-the-box and custom SailPoint connectors.
• Create workflows, rules, and reporting mechanisms for user lifecycle management processes.
• Develop workflows, rules, and reporting mechanisms for user access certifications.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to other members of the Information Security team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for Information Security services; calls are expected to be minimal.
• Work as part of a team to manage application access roles and permissions, focusing on automation through SailPoint integration.
