About The Position
20-bed ICU with 1:2 ratios caring for sepsis, respiratory failure, ESRD, trauma, SDH, and COVID patients. Self-scheduling unit with floating and call requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in a 20-bed ICU.
- Ability to manage 1:2 patient ratios.
- Experience with sepsis, respiratory failure, ESRD, trauma, SDH, and COVID patients.
- Willingness to float.
- Willingness to take call.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EVD.
- Experience with CRRT Prismaflex.
- Experience with CABG.
- Experience with IABP.
- Experience with Impella.
Responsibilities
- Care for sepsis, respiratory failure, ESRD, trauma, SDH, and COVID patients.
- Float to other units as needed.
- Take call as required.
