About The Position

Join us at an exciting time of transformation as we move to a streamlined, function-led operating model. As the Coordinator ICT, you’ll play a key role in shaping how IT services are delivered at our Perth Head Office; driving consistency, improving performance, and embedding best-practice service management. Leading a small team, you’ll also bring a hands-on approach, stepping in when needed to support systems, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ITIL certification preferred
Experience leading or guiding small teams and vendors to deliver reliable ICT services
Strong knowledge of ITSM (ITIL), including incident, problem, change, and SLA management
Ability to coordinate ICT projects and initiatives to successful outcomes
A growth mindset, with strong communication, stakeholder relationship-building skills.

ITIL certification preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end ICT service delivery, including incident, problem, and change management to ensure minimal disruption to operations
Manage deployment of ICT changes in a controlled and risk-aware manner across systems and infrastructure
Oversee service performance and availability, ensuring alignment with SLAs and operational requirements
Maintain resilient ICT environments, including disaster recovery and business continuity readiness
Lead end-user support and service request fulfilment, ensuring timely resolution and a strong user experience
Supervise ICT vendors and outsourced partners, ensuring service quality and alignment to site needs
