About The Position

Provo City is seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and people-oriented individual for a part-time Hockey Instructor position at Peaks Ice Arena. In this role, you'll help players of all ages and skill levels develop their abilities through Learn to Play, Adult Skills, and Street Hockey programs. We're looking for someone who loves the game, enjoys teaching, and is committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment on and off the ice. Qualified, civic-minded individuals are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Sufficient amount of related skill and/or experience which would demonstrate an ability to perform the duties of the job.

Nice To Haves

• Previously instructed or have ice skating experience.

Responsibilities

• Instruct participants ages four to adult in ice hockey from the beginning to intermediate level.
• Assist youth Street Hockey league.
• Assist Recreation staff members and perform other related duties as required.
