About The Position
The Ice Cream Packer position is part of the Production Department in Middletown. This role involves working as part of an ice cream production crew to ensure proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products. The position requires maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and production requirements, while observing all safety procedures, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift
- Must be able to complete twisting and reaching motions while seated
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Food manufacturing environment experience preferred
