About The Position

The Ice Cream Packer position is part of the Production Department and involves ensuring the proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products. This role requires maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and production requirements, while observing all safety procedures, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift
• Must be able to complete twisting and reaching motions while seated
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Food manufacturing environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work as part of ice cream production crew ensuring proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products
• Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements.
• Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Other responsibilities as they are assigned.
