About The Position
The Ice Cream Host/Hostess is a part-time hourly position with an estimated pay range of $17.25-$17.50, depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. This role involves direct customer interaction at the service bars, assisting customers with product questions and recommendations, and handling product orders, weighing, and pricing. The position requires providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers and answering inquiries. Responsibilities include selecting, packaging, and pricing products, operating a cash register, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to health, sanitation, and safety regulations. The role also involves restocking cases and assisting with other assigned duties.
