ICC Certified Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector
About The Position
Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for an ICC-certified Reinforced Concrete Inspector (ICC Structural Masonry and Post Tension a plus) in Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate should be thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the standards related to the construction and inspection of reinforced concrete and masonry structures. The candidate must be able to read and understand structural blue prints and current code requirements. Duties include maintenance of proper and complete files of field and laboratory data, reports, letters, RFI's, and other pertinent field data as well as clear communications with the Project Manager and the client's representatives are required.
Requirements
- ICC certification for reinforced concrete (required)
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Thorough knowledge of standards related to construction and inspection of reinforced concrete and masonry structures
- Ability to read and understand structural blueprints and current code requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Good organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- ICC Structural Masonry certification
