About The Position

This role is for an ICAM Engineer who will be responsible for designing and building secure systems for an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) program. The engineer will work with Radiant Logic (RL) to install, configure, and integrate RL and other tools into client systems, applications, and infrastructure. The position involves collaborating with the client's IdAM team to translate customer needs into secure and effective solutions, investigating new techniques, and customizing solutions to balance security and mission needs. The role offers an opportunity to learn from experts and contribute to a world-class IdAM program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with IdAM
  • Experience with enterprise-grade identity and directory services platforms, including identity management, observability and analytics, federated identity and directory services components, data virtualization, integration connectors, and high-performance directory stores
  • Experience with ICAM technologies, such as Active Directory, SSO, MFA, LDAP, IGA, or directory consolidation patterns
  • Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
  • Experience in a DevOps-oriented environment using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or JFrog, or issue tracking or documentation systems, including Jira or Confluence
  • Experience with a JVM-based scripting language such as Java or Groovy
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and implementing data virtualization pipelines, including joins across LDAP, AD, SQL, REST, or other APIs
  • Experience with RadiantOne Federated Identity and Directory (FID)
  • Experience with virtualization, HDAP, ZooKeeper, connectors, and identity correlation
  • Experience with identity governance processes and entitlement management programs
  • Knowledge of system, network, application, and security architectures, cybersecurity solutions, key cyber processes such as incident handling, risk measurement, and change management, and key cyber threats, including nation state actors, malware or ransomware, command and control infrastructures, and mitigations
  • Ability to collaborate with professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with technologists and leaders across the enterprise
  • Ability to quickly comprehend complex problems, draw logical conclusions, make sound decisions, develop solutions, and drive closure
