As a Solutions Architect I, you will play a key role in delivering technical pre-sales support, solution design, and partner enablement across a range of technologies and vendor solutions. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or IT-related roles
  • Foundational understanding of cloud, data center, networking, or infrastructure technologies
  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical recommendations and solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Experience creating or delivering presentations, demos, or technical training
  • Proficiency with standard business tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Exposure to multi-vendor environments or channel/reseller ecosystems
  • Industry certifications (or willingness to obtain) in cloud, networking, or infrastructure technologies

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements, business goals, and existing infrastructure to recommend scalable, cost-effective technology solutions
  • Support the development of solution proposals (RFI/RFP responses) by gathering requirements and refining technical approaches
  • Assist in sizing, design, and configuration of solutions across multiple vendors and technologies
  • Participate in technical discovery sessions, presentations, and demos with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships and serve as a technical resource for sales teams, resellers, and vendor partners
  • Support executive briefings, trade shows, and customer-facing events to showcase TD SYNNEX capabilities
  • Deliver technical training and enablement sessions for reseller partners and internal teams
  • Develop and support demo environments and virtual demonstrations to showcase solutions and drive engagement
  • Contribute to the creation of technical content, presentations, and training materials
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, marketing, and vendor teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Participate in vendor certifications and ongoing technical training to deepen expertise
  • Contribute to solution roadmaps and partner enablement strategies to improve technical adoption and growth
