About The Position

This role involves designing, developing, and supporting robust and scalable messaging solutions using IBM MQ. The developer will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing integration flows with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), deploying and managing applications on OpenShift Enterprise Container Platform, and implementing automation scripts for operational tasks. Collaboration with various teams and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and supporting IBM MQ messaging solutions.
• Experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) for integration flows.
• Experience deploying, managing, and monitoring applications on OpenShift Enterprise Container Platform.
• Skills in implementing automation scripts and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in middleware, messaging, and container platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for security, compliance, and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to middleware (IBM MQ, ACE), messaging, and container platforms (OpenShift).
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.
• Ensure the high availability, scalability, and optimal performance of all middleware systems.
• Adhere to industry best practices for security, compliance, and system reliability across all deployments.
