About The Position

Do what is best for ALL 3 (The Client, Company, and YOU)! The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Ensure units work before starting the duct cleaning process. Use drop-cloths and floor savors. Full inspection for safety with equipment. Disconnect power to equipment being serviced. Communicate effectively with customers. Start and test systems after work is complete. Must be able to work flexible hours. Job site must be kept clean during and after the process. Leave the site cleaner than it was! Must keep truck clean and organized. Maintain a company standard which includes dressing in the service dept company uniform, no decals on hats other than the company branding or logo, company branded jackets only, and always present yourself in a professional manner. Complete other duties or tasks assigned by the Service Team Leader, General Manager and/or Owner. Adhere to, and display the companies Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Core Values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Self-starter, reliable, able to work flexible hours.
  • Must pass initial drug test and background check.
  • Must have a passable driving record according to the company’s auto insurance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must display great attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Hard working, self-starter with a positive attitude and respectful.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and decision making.

  • Prior experience preferred.
