At Berkeys, we’re expanding our IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) team and looking for a skilled Warranty IAQ Installer who takes pride in quality work, customer experience, and growing their craft. Requirements
- 2+ years experience with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory, the ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems, Low and high voltage wiring
- Universal EPA Certification
- Registration as a technician with TDLR
- Valid Drivers License & active for at least the past 5 years
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Minimum Tool Requirements: Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdriver/nut drives, sheet metal/duct tools, and hammer
- Minimum Testing Equipment usage: Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Magnahelic, C/O Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron Gauge
- Working knowledge of city codes
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time
- Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
- Ability to safely work in attics and lift up to 75 lbs

- Service Titan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Install and service IAQ systems (UV lights, filtration systems, duct cleaning, etc.)
- Replace HVAC warranty components (coils, condensers, parts)
- Ensure systems are running properly and safely after installation
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience in every home
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal team
- Mentor and support install helpers when assigned
