IAM Solution Architect
About The Position
The government client of TEKsystems is looking for an Identity Provider (IdP) Subject Matter Expert to provide consulting services on an authentication solution for a multi-agency Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system for emergencies services. The successful proponent must be knowledgeable in integrations with Auth0 as an Identity Broker with various IdPs. The successful proponent will be required to advise on the areas of security, availability, MFA capability and conditional access policies for deploying a system servicing multiple jurisdictions and functions. This is a time materials contract based on hourly work. An estimate would be 1-2 days per week for the first couple months. Future work will be dependent on the timelines of the project or ad hoc work on an as required basis.
Requirements
- Ten (10) years' overall IT experience with majority of it in developing and delivering or supporting successful identity and access management projects.
- Five (5) years' architecting experience with Identity management, Single Sign-on, Access managing projects for larger organizations.
- Five (5) years' architecting experience with Customer Identity and Access management (CIAM) solution for large organizations.
- Five (5) years' development experience with various IAM commercial or open source products such as Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, CA, SailPoint, PingIdentity etc.
- Two (2) years' development experience with Microsoft Azure AD Single Sign On, MFA, Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, and ADFS.
- Two (2) years' development experience with Microsoft Azure AD B2B and B2C.
- Three (3) years' development and configuration experience with Active Directory, LDAP, PowerShell.
- Three (3) years' development experience on SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.

- Industry leading expert experienced in helping organizations come up with IdM roadmaps.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching at an executive level.
- Demonstrated knowledge about a variety of vendor identity and access management tool suites.
- Ideally having some research papers or articles in reputable information technology journals or publications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels.
- Previous work experience with municipal, other government organizations or equivalent/related endeavors.

Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $130.00/hr.
