About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager IV with a strong background in Identity & Access Management initiatives, specifically with Okta. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering IAM transformation or modernization programs in enterprise environments and proven experience managing third-party vendors. This role requires a strong ability to manage ambiguity, identify risks and dependencies early, and drive execution without complete information. The position is based in Tempe, AZ, with the expectation of being on-site twice per week.

Requirements

4-6 years of project management experience supporting Identity & Access Management initiatives.
Demonstrated experience delivering IAM transformation or modernization programs in enterprise environments.
Hands-on project management experience with Okta Identity and Access Management.
Proven experience managing third-party vendors, including PM to PM coordination of tasks and dependencies.
Strong ability to manage ambiguity, identify risks and dependencies early, and drive execution without complete information.
Identity & Access Management (IAM) project management.
Okta Identity & Access Management delivery experience.
IAM transformation / modernization program experience.
Third-party vendor management (PM to PM coordination).
Enterprise technology project delivery in matrixed environments.
