Oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of a specific project or projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Works closely with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure that project goals are accomplished. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant and equivalent experience, required.
  • 3 years as a project manager or equivalent experience in a similar role, required.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with industry standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to interact with customers and information systems personnel.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience in healthcare
  • Familiarity with Epic
  • Project Management Certification

  • Ensures projects meet organizational standards and objectives.
  • Leads and motivates project teams, ensuring clear roles, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Manages stakeholder relationships through clear communication and management of expectations.
  • Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks.
  • Maintains quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manages and allocates project resources to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensures the project goals are delivered within budget and resource constraints.
  • Monitors and reports project progress while managing and communicating changes to scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Encourages progress, fosters collaboration, and enhances productivity.
  • Facilitates project closures and proper documentation.
  • Conducts project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
