About The Position

We are looking for an IAM Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) programs. Acts as the product owner responsible for defining vision, prioritizing work, and ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and seamless customer identity experiences. Partners across business, product, engineering, and security teams to align CIAM capabilities with digital strategy, customer experience goals, and regulatory requirements.

  • Building a strong CIAM program for customers, partners, suppliers, distributors, vendors and employees
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and key technical contributor to the strategy, design, engineering and management of the program
  • Designing CIAM processes and identifying opportunities for improvements
  • Planning, designing and implementing key components like user registration/enrollment, authentication/authorization, user self-service, data security, privacy and consent management, fraud and attack detection, session and token management, reporting
  • Leading the technical aspects of the CIAM program, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs and CIAM best practices
  • Understanding IT enterprise architecture and collaborating with the architecture team to ensure CIAM/IAM security standards are created and adopted into Enterprise Architecture frameworks
  • Serving as the primary point of escalation for operational and security issues for CIAM platform and solution
  • Leading and supporting ongoing CIAM operations, maintenance and specific problem resolution
  • Anticipating, identifying, tracking and assisting in resolution of technical issues
  • Conducting industry and market research and maintaining a working knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the CIAM discipline
  • Ensuring the CIAM team is aligning with global standards and initiatives
  • Creating and managing a training program to develop the CIAM team
  • Developing and increasing the capability and skills of the current team
  • Identifying, staffing, and managing necessary skills to fill gaps in the team
  • Managing and directing a consultative team approach for enterprise-wide security initiatives with key stakeholders
  • Producing & reviewing daily, weekly, monthly reports to measure services against key performance & risk indicators
  • Creating an environment of trust and confidence amongst the team

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to analyze and document requirements, transforming them into actionable functional and technical specifications. Bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility within the CIAM program
  • Build a strong CIAM program for customers, partners, suppliers, distributors, vendors and employees and serve as a subject matter expert. Key technical contributor to the strategy, design, engineering and management of the program
