About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IAM Engineer. This is a Full Time – Contract position with a duration of 12 Months. The role is hybrid, requiring 03 days onsite and 02 days remote, with available locations in Charlotte, NC, Columbus, OH, Irving, TX, Minneapolis, MN, and Chandler, AZ.

Requirements

Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Active Directory (AD DS) as a core enterprise directory service, including user, computer, and permissions management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including cloud identity, authentication, and login/federation management.
Familiarity with Virtual Directory Services (VDS).
Experience supporting disaster recovery planning and compliance/audit processes for identity systems.
Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience in RadiantOne is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain the company's core directory service (Active Directory - AD DS).
Manage cloud-based identity, authentication, and login/federation services (Microsoft Entra ID).
Ensure identity synchronization across different systems.
Manage tools that pull identity data from multiple sources and present it as one unified directory (Virtual Directory Services - VDS, especially RadiantOne).
Maintain the reliability, security, and smooth operation of identity systems.
Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and that systems meet compliance/audit requirements.
Assist in planning and executing upgrades or improvements to identity infrastructure.
Monitor system health (supporting task).
