About The Position

Seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, Terraform, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage secure access controls, automate IAM processes, and support cloud security initiatives across enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GCP IAM roles, policies, and service accounts
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python
• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and least privilege principles
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud and enterprise applications
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud security tools
• Relevant cloud or security certifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage IAM policies and access controls in GCP
• Automate IAM provisioning and governance workflows using Python and Terraform
• Monitor and troubleshoot identity-related issues and security risks
• Collaborate with security, cloud, and DevOps teams to implement secure access solutions
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and access certifications
