About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join a large enterprise identity and access management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting IAM solutions to ensure secure user authentication, authorization, and access governance across enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Strong experience implementing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions
• Experience with user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access governance
• Hands-on experience configuring IAM platforms
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar identity technologies

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ForgeRock, or similar IAM tools
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and RBAC
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, SOX, ISO 27001)
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments
