About The Position

The IAM Engineer - Senior serves as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer for the bank. Leads delivery and implementation of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) for applications, infrastructure and business groups. Works with Portfolio Manager to deliver IAM projects and key milestones. Creates automated processes to deploy RBAC framework. Works closely with Infrastructure and application teams to define/document roles, resource groups, user accounts, and entitlements for approved projects.

Requirements

High School diploma
Experience with CyberArk, or related technologies
Experience with Multi-factor authentication technologies
4+ years of experience in Information Security or in management of a cross functional department
4+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

CISSP, CISM
Active Directory administration skills, including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management
Demonstrated implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes
Expert with Active Directory Federation Services, Microfocus NetIQ, SailPoint, etc.
Support ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.)
Expert with user provisioning, system authorization, PKI, MFA, AAA solutions, and password vaulting systems and services
Familiarity with the standards for SSO technologies such as SAML2, OAuth2

Responsibilities

Leads delivery and implementation of IAM technologies across the bank.
Ensure that Huntington’s identity & access management services are designed to be compliant with security and privacy standards and other industry standards and practices.
Consult with business units when implementing access for new systems.
Other duties as assigned.
