About The Position

This role focuses on the technical design, configuration, and support of Azure Single Sign-On applications and conditional access. The engineer will manage the Single Sign-On portal for SaaS solutions and act as a Subject Matter Expert for Active Directory/Entra. Key responsibilities include utilizing Microsoft Entra verification tools (MFA, Password Self Service), proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CloudShell, and collaborating with the Identity Access Management team for accurate Active Directory assignments. The role also involves managing CyberArk PAM and other identity solutions, identifying security risks, participating in annual risk assessments, and working with business and IT to develop cost-effective solutions. Additionally, the engineer will recommend, develop, and test new technologies, create documentation, and conduct Root Cause Analysis for complex issues.

Responsibilities

Participates in the technical design, configuration and support for Azure Single sign on applications and conditional access
Manages Single Sign On portal for SaaS solutions
Subject Matter Expert for Active Directory / Entra
Experience with Microsoft Entra Verification tools, including MFA methods/options, Password Self Service etc.
Proficient in PowerShell and Azure CloudShell
Carries out tasks with Identity Access Managment team to ensure Active Directory assignments are being assigned accurately and timely.
Manages and maintains the CyberArk PAM and other identity solutions.
Identify risks to Ulta's security landscape and participate in the annual risk assessment.
Works closely with the business and IT to develop cost effective, operationally support solutions that meet simple requirements.
Recommends, develops and tests new technology, develops solutions, and documentation for enterprise.
Conducts Root Cause Analysis and provide disciplined follow to implement corrective actions to address root causes (especially for complex or intermittent issues)
